Kivolune values your privacy. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the site and how it is used.
1. In-browser processing
Whenever technically possible, Kivolune tools process your input and files directly in your browser.
This means images, PDFs, CSV files, text, and other content you choose are generally not uploaded to our servers to run the tool.
Processing may vary by tool. If a future feature requires a server or third-party service, we will explain that clearly near the tool—we will not send your file content without notice.
2. Browser local storage
Kivolune may use localStorage or similar browser storage for:
- Pinned tool identifiers
- Recently used tools
- Language preference
- Light or dark theme
- Other interface preferences
This data stays on your current browser and device. It does not sync to other devices automatically.
Settings may disappear if you clear browser data, use private browsing, or switch devices.
Kivolune does not store text you enter in tools, generated passwords, JWT payloads, QR code content, or file contents in localStorage.
3. Server logs
When you visit the site, hosting or network providers may automatically create standard technical logs, such as:
- Access time
- Browser and device type
- Requested pages
- IP address
- Error and security events
These logs help operate the site, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve security.
We do not use server logs to reconstruct tool input or file contents.
4. Analytics, ads, and third-party services
If the site has not enabled analytics, advertising, or other third-party tracking, this policy does not imply those services are in use.
If Kivolune later enables analytics, ads, error monitoring, or other third-party services, this policy will be updated to describe:
- Service names
- Types of data collected
- Purposes of use
- Use of cookies or similar technologies
- Choices available to you
Third-party services may have their own privacy policies.
5. Accounts and payment data
Kivolune does not currently offer user accounts, login, subscriptions, or payments. We do not collect account passwords, payment card numbers, or subscription data through this site.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell or casually share your personal data except where required for infrastructure, security, legal obligations, or protecting legitimate rights.
7. Children's privacy
Kivolune is not designed specifically for children and does not knowingly ask children for personal information.
8. Data security
We take reasonable steps to keep the site secure, but no internet transmission, browser, or device can be guaranteed completely secure.
Avoid processing highly sensitive content on untrusted shared devices, and close the page or clear data when finished.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy when features, technology, regulations, or third-party services change.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
