About this tool
Run fair giveaways, classroom picks, or QA sample selection by randomly choosing entries from a line-based list. Uses cryptographically secure random—not basic pseudo-random—for unbiased selection. Draw one or many winners and optionally remove picked lines from the pool.
How to use
- Cryptographically secure random selection
- Pick one or multiple winners per draw
- Optional exclusion of already-picked entries
- Import lists from text files
- History of recent picks while the page remains open
- Enter candidates: Paste one name or item per line.
- Set draw count: Choose how many winners to pick and exclusion rules.
- Pick: Click Pick to reveal winners and copy results.

Limitations
- Each line is one equally weighted entry
- Unique multi-draw requires enough remaining lines

- Is this fair for public giveaways?
- Selections use cryptographically secure random, which is suitable for casual giveaways but not audited lottery compliance.
- Can the same person win twice?
- Enable exclude picked to exclude previously selected entries from later draws while the page remains open.
- How many winners can I pick at once?
- You can pick multiple unique winners up to the number of remaining lines.
